Opservia collects contact inquiries, quote requests, and job applications only when you submit a form and provide consent. Fields are limited to what is needed to respond or consider an application.
Form records are stored in a secured database. Résumé files are stored in a private bucket and are not given permanent public URLs. Notification emails may include the information you submitted so staff can follow up.
Form submissions use a honeypot field and request rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. Vercel may process hosting logs required to operate the website. This implementation does not add advertising trackers or session replay by default.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information submitted through this website, use the contact form and describe the request. Retention periods and lawful bases must be confirmed during legal review.
